How the price works
One monthly price
From $38 a month for your school’s website, online enrollment and admin panel. You pay your first month when your school goes live, then monthly. No setup fee.
5% only when you get paid
The fee applies only to paid online enrollments. For example, on a $500 enrollment it is $25.
Students see only your prices
Your school pays the 5%. Nothing is added to what a student pays.

Common questions
Is there a setup fee?
No. You pay your first month when your school goes live, then monthly, plus 5% of each paid online enrollment. Nothing else.
Are there limits on students, classes or offers?
No. We do not limit anything, on any plan: unlimited students, enrollments, courses, classes and offers.
Who pays the 5%?
Your school. Students see and pay only your listed prices.
How do my students pay?
Through your school’s own Square, Stripe or PayPal account, so the money goes straight to your school. Enroll Platform never holds your students’ money.
What happens to the fee if I refund a student?
If you refund an enrollment in full, half of that enrollment’s fee is credited on your next bill.
How do I get help?
By email and phone, 9 AM–5 PM ET. Every school can also request a 1-hour onboarding session: we set up your site with you and show your staff how to use it. It is included in every plan.
Is Enroll Platform a learning platform?
No. It is your school’s website and enrollment: catalog, dates, checkout and rosters. You keep teaching the way you do today. For self-paced courses, the access instructions you write are emailed to the student as soon as they pay.
What do I need to take payments?
A Square, Stripe or PayPal account in your school’s name. If your school already has one, you connect it. If it doesn’t, we help you open one during your onboarding session.
Can I use my school’s own domain?
Yes, on every plan. We show you the records to add at your domain company.
Is there a contract?
No. You pay monthly and can cancel at any time from your account. Your plan runs to the end of the period you paid for.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. You can move up at any time, and move down at the end of the period you paid for.
What do students need to enroll?
A phone or a computer. They pick a course and dates, enter their details and pay. No account to create first.
