What Enroll Platform is
Enroll Platform gives a school or course provider a website where students can see courses, choose a schedule and enroll online, and an admin area to manage it.
Your account
You sign in with a link sent to your email address. Keep that inbox secure: whoever can open the link can open your account. You are responsible for the people you invite to help run your school.
What it costs
A monthly fee for your plan plus a percentage of each paid online enrollment, as shown when you choose a plan. There is no setup fee. You pay your first month when your school goes live, then monthly on the same day of the month.
Your content and your students
The courses, prices, pages and policies on your site are yours, and you are responsible for them. Student payments go through the payment account you connect; Enroll Platform does not hold that money.
The Enroll Platform image gallery
Enroll Platform offers a gallery of images you can use on your school’s site. These images belong to Enroll Platform. Every subscriber may use them at no extra cost, and they are never exclusive: any number of schools may use the same image. Using a gallery image gives you no ownership of it and no rights over it, and you cannot claim it as yours. You may use gallery images only on your Enroll Platform site. You may not download or copy them, or use them anywhere else, such as another website, printed material, social media or advertising. This permission ends when your subscription ends: from then on you may no longer use gallery images, and Enroll Platform may remove them from your site.
Files, images and videos you upload
You can upload images and videos for your site and course materials for your enrolled students, and you can show videos from YouTube or Vimeo by adding their link. What you upload or link is your property, your responsibility and your risk: you must have the right to use and share it, and you answer for any claim about it. Videos on your site are public: anyone who opens the page can watch them, so they are for presenting your school and your courses, not for class recordings. Each upload shows the file types and sizes it accepts. Enroll Platform may remove any uploaded or linked image, video or file that it considers inappropriate, unlawful or harmful, at its own discretion.
Documents you require from students
You can require students to upload documents when they enroll in a course, such as an identity document. Your school decides which documents it requires and why. Your school is responsible for having a lawful reason to ask for them, for telling its students how they are used, for which members of its staff may see them, and for deleting them when they are no longer needed. You must not use this feature to collect Social Security numbers, tax IDs, or bank or card details. Enroll Platform stores the files privately on your school’s behalf, as a service provider. It does not review, verify or use them, other than automated security checks.
If you are a student uploading documents
Upload only documents that are your own and genuine. You can delete them from your account at any time. After that the school no longer has them through the service and may ask you for them again.
Pausing or closing
You can stop using the service at any time. Enroll Platform may pause a site that is used to break the law or to harm others.
